Šimon Valentík joined our law firm in 2015 as a Junior Associate. Having passed the bar exam with honours in 2019, he became a Senior Associate. In his practice, he specializes in commercial law, representing before courts and administrative authorities, defending and representing injured parties in criminal proceedings,  and is also an expert on GDPR and copyright law.
